1. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of products through gamgal.com, an online store operated by the party indicated above. By placing an order you accept these conditions.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna) and PayPal, where available.

3. Order confirmation

The sales contract is considered formalized once you receive the order confirmation by email after completing payment.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days with no need for justification. GAMGAL also voluntarily extends this period to 60 days from receipt of your order. For more details, see our Shipping and Returns Information.

5. Warranty

All products carry the 3-year legal warranty of conformity required under Spanish/EU regulations against manufacturing defects.

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union consumer and e-commerce law.
