Shipping and Returns Information

Shipping

We ship throughout Spain. Shipping is free and the estimated delivery time is 10 to 14 business days from order confirmation.

We also ship to France, Germany, Italy and Portugal, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 16 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is processed, so you can follow the delivery status at all times.

Customs and VAT (shipments outside Spain)

The price you see on the website already includes Spanish VAT. Since some products are shipped from outside the European Union, your package may go through customs clearance when entering your country; in that case, the carrier may request payment of local VAT or other import charges before delivery. Any such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Returns

You have 60 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, with no need to provide a reason (a longer period than the 14-day legal minimum required by EU consumer regulations).

To start a return, email us at devoluciones@gamgal.com with your order number. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, we'll process the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
